2018 Auction Lineup

2018 promises to be one of the most exciting years yet for Geoffrey Bell Auctions Ltd.  Coming off a tremendous 2017, featuring a million-dollar Toronto Coin Expo Spring Sale highlighted by the Covered Bridge Collection, we have five auctions scheduled for the coming year.

Our first 2018 auction is designed to make an already successful show even better.  Our Paris Winter Sale takes place February 3rd in Paris, Ontario and will be a fun event, similar to our Moncton November sales in terms of content and delivery, allowing our team to present interesting and quality material for our clients.

The Paris Summer Sale, happening August 11th, will be similar in style.  What’s interesting about these two shows is their timing, especially for the summer, occurring during traditionally down-times for numismatics, which has likely been one of the reasons this show has been such a success.

Our bigger, pièce de résistance events have been the Toronto Coin Expo spring and fall sales.  Naturally, we’re always working on making these two auctions the numismatic highlights of the year for Canadian collectors and this year will be no different.  Mark your calendars now for the spring sale May 3rd and 4th, and the fall sale September 27th and 28th.

Our clients, especially those right here in the Maritimes, will be glad to hear that November 24th we’re back home for another Moncton Sale.  We love our location in the hub of Atlantic Canada and are always pleased to present a premier offering of numismatic material, paired with the area’s best collector show, from our backyard.

2018 will be a busy year at Geoffrey Bell Auctions Ltd., and that means a bustling numismatic scene for the hobby in Canada.  If you want to keep up on all the news, like us on Facebook and follow us on Twitter and Pinterest.
